Chief Executive Officer
Norman's multi-decade tenure at Kellogg, the $13B multinational food-manufacturing company, was defined by transformation, profitable growth and shareholder value creation through strategic portfolio management, innovation and diverse talent development and leadership. He has deep experience in building brands while successfully navigating complex regulatory environments where challenges around marketing to children and nutrition/ ingredient labeling restrictions are constantly evolving.
As President of Kellogg's $9B North American business, Norman led the most aggressive transformation agenda in company history. He drove over 550bps of operating margin improvement, reinvested significantly in brand building, e-commerce, innovation platforms and accelerated M&A with the acquisition of RX Bar in 2017.
Prior to being appointed head of Kellogg's $9B North American business in 2015, Norman served as Chief Growth Officer from 2013, following his appointment as President, Kellogg International in 2008. In this role he drove a major expansion in the Kellogg international footprint, accelerated topline and margin growth and led major M&A; most notably the acquisition of Pringles in 2012.
Over the course of his career, Norman has held executive leadership roles leading the Kellogg business in the USA, UK & Ireland, Canada, Mexico & France, establishing himself as a turnaround specialist in the company.
Paul was a member of the GMA Board of Directors, where he served on the Executive committee. He also served as a Trustee of the FMI Foundation Board.
Chief Operating and Technology Officer
Mike Beedles is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of HeavenlyRx.
Mr. Beedles most recently served as President of SATO North America, President of SATO Global Solutions, and Executive Officer of SATO Holdings, Inc., a global barcode and RFID technology company publicly traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) with a focus on retail, industrial, and supply chain logistics. Mr. Beedles is also a founding member and former Chairman of the Board of Acuitas Digital, which provided innovative digital retail solutions to international companies. Mr. Beedles brings with him nearly three decades of extensive experience in supply chain logistics and over 20 years of experience building technology companies, some of which have been acquired by private and public companies. Mike's deep knowledge and professional experience to form strategic partnerships and joint venture opportunities with companies such as Credit Suisse First Boston, Intel Capital, Softbank and Ethica Partners will be a unique asset to our growth.
Chief Financial Officer
Bill is the Chief Financial Officer of Heavenly Rx. Bill is a leader with financial and operational expertise across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining the Company in 2019, Bill served as the CFO of Vision Group Holdings, the largest lasik eye surgery provider in the United States, the CFO and Chief Operating Officer of Shoes for Crews, the largest slip-resistant shoe company in the world and CFO of Pabst Brewing Company, which at the time was the third largest malt beverage company in the United States. Bill has also held senior leadership roles with Aon Hewitt, RR Donnelley and AT&T. Bill started his career in the audit function at Deloitte and Touche. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
Vice President of Sales
Michael Habib brings more than 33 years of leadership experience in global sales and business development to his HeavenlyRx's Vice President of Sales position, where he helps lead all sales and marketing initiatives. Michael, who most recently served as Vice President of Sales at the Kellogg Company, (leading their 3rd Largest Customer, Costco), has comprehensive Consumer, Shopper, National Customer and Channel experience with vast Retailer knowledge in both the USA and Canada. Michael is a passionate, accomplished Consumer Packaged Goods professional with authoritative expertise, and skilled acumen across more than 19 high velocity CPG categories. Michael's focus and consistent long term track record of driving results, building long term relationships, and unlocking shopper insights will be instrumental to exponentially expanding distribution and sales results. Michael is an invaluable talent asset to both our valued Customers and HeavenlyRx's accelerated growth trajectory.
Chief Customer Officer
Kathy is a proven sales executive and general manager with 30 years of experience in the CPG industry. Her career has traveled from blue-chip companies, like Procter & Gamble and Kelloggs, to the entrepreneurial startup of importing an Italian Food portfolio at North American Enterprises. Her intellectual curiosity has enabled her to leverage sales, marketing, and general management capabilities in in every class of trade: Foodservice, Convenience, Vending, Grocery, Drug, Dollar, Discount, and eCommerce.
Most recently, she was the Vice President of U.S. Channels leading a $2B P&L in the growth channels of Drug, Dollar, Club, and Discount. She has a strong track record of leveraging insight to convert shoppers, joint customer development, P&L management, capability building, and building a high-performing culture.
Throughout her career, Kathy has received numerous Manufacturer Leadership Awards and recognitions, including Rite-Aid’s and Dollar General “Supplier of the Year”, and National Diversity Council’s “Most Powerful and Influential Women in Illinois” list in 2012. Organizations Kathy has advised include the Network of Executive Women, Women’s Foodservice Forum, and Go Red For Women, American Heart Association and Junior Achievement.
